Founder & CEO

Sudhanshu Aggarwal

A strategic leader and execution-focused professional with over 20 years of experience in the private and public sectors. As the former Head of International Collaboration & Delivery at NSDC International, he was instrumental in designing and operationalising India's most prominent skill mobility corridors connecting Indian talent with opportunities in Europe, the Middle East, Japan, and Australia.

Known for building and scaling high-impact initiatives, he has led transformative projects across government, multilateral, and private sectors in global skill development, international workforce mobility, and large-scale program delivery.

This is Sudhanshu's second venture as a founder. Prior to Veltrix, he successfully built and scaled his own startup in education, and has helped launch and grow several startups in edtech, insurance, skilling, and global talent mobility. A graduate of SP Jain Institute of Management and Research, he combines academic rigour with real-world agility.

Dr. Dnyaneshwar Mulay

Former Ambassador & Secretary, Government of India

A distinguished diplomat, author, and social change-maker with over 35 years in the Indian Foreign Service. Widely known as the "Passport Man of India", he led transformative reforms in citizen services and international relations. A former Member of the National Human Rights Commission and former Advisor to NSDC, he continues to champion skill development, diaspora engagement, and public welfare.

A technology titan and academic leader in Silicon Valley. As the former CTO of the State of California, CEO of TiE Global, and Chairman of the Board of Future 500, he is a pioneer in digital governance and sustainability. An IIT Delhi and UC Berkeley alumnus, his visionary leadership bridges innovation and global talent mobility.

Ornela Cuci

Former Deputy Minister of Tourism & Environment, Albania

A seasoned environmental policy expert with two decades of experience in institutional reform, waste management, and climate finance. She has led national and international projects across the public and development sectors, advised governments, EU programs, and climate-focused institutions. Holds a PhD in Environmental Sciences.
