Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the Veltrix Connect platform, you agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully before registering or transacting on the ecosystem.

Nature of the Veltrix Ecosystem

Technology Infrastructure Only

Veltrix Connect is exclusively a B2B technology ecosystem and an Operating System for Global Workforce Mobility. We provide the software infrastructure for verified Employers and Recruitment Agencies to discover each other and manage workflows.

No Recruitment License or Agency Status

Veltrix is not a licensed recruitment agency, a manpower exporter, an employer of record (EOR), or a registered immigration consultant under the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) of India, Nepal, Bangladesh, or any other global jurisdiction.

No Guarantee of Employment or Supply

As a neutral technology facilitator, the platform does not guarantee that Employers will find suitable candidates, nor that Agencies will successfully place candidates.

Managed Governance

Veltrix exercises administrative oversight to ensure data quality and process compliance. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or suspend any user, mandate, or submission at our sole discretion to maintain the integrity of the ecosystem.

The Direct Manpower Supply Agreement

Mandatory Direct Contracting

Veltrix is not a party to the employment or supply of labor. Before an Agency may legally supply candidates or process visas for a specific Mandate, the Employer and the Agency must independently execute a direct Manpower Supply Agreement (or equivalent legal contract).

Sole Responsibility for Compliance

The execution, terms, and legal enforcement of this direct agreement are the sole responsibility of the Employer and the Agency. Veltrix assumes no liability for the breach of this agreement by either party.

User Onboarding & Access States

Work-Email Requirement

Registration is strictly limited to users with verified corporate email domains.

Verification & Feature Gating

Access to core ecosystem functions (posting mandates or submitting candidates) remains locked until a user successfully completes the Trust Verification phase by providing legally binding incorporation and identity documents.

Mandate & Project Rules

Project Accuracy & Sanitization

Employers must provide accurate mandate data. Veltrix reserves the right to review, edit, and sanitize mandate text (removing direct contact details) before a project is made Live within the ecosystem.

72-Hour Acceptance Rule

To maintain project velocity, job mandates are distributed in batches. Agencies possess a 72-hour window to Accept or Reject a mandate before automatic reassignment.

Candidate Integrity & The Ownership Lock

Global Unique ID

To prevent multi-agency conflicts, the system utilizes a candidate's Passport Number as the primary unique identifier.

The Ownership Lock

Once an Agency submits a candidate to a specific Mandate, that candidate is locked to that Agency for the duration of the project. No other Agency may submit the same candidate to that specific project.

Submission Limits

Agencies must abide by the designated Candidate Cap to ensure high-quality, targeted submissions over bulk uploading.

Communication & Anti-Bypass Guardrails

In-Platform Communication

All project-related communication must occur through the Veltrix Messaging module. Sharing direct contact details or external links to circumvent the platform is strictly prohibited.

Monitoring & Penalties

We deploy AI-assisted monitoring to flag bypass attempts. Confirmed circumvention results in immediate account suspension and a permanent Red Flag on the entity's Reputation Score.

Financial Ledger & Fee Tracking

Software Facilitation Fees

Any fees paid to Veltrix by the Employer or Agency are strictly for the use of the technology ecosystem, software licensing, and platform access. These are not commission fees for the successful placement or migration of a candidate.

Off-Platform Financial Settlements

Veltrix does not process, hold, or guarantee the salary payments of candidates or the direct recruitment fees owed by the Employer to the Agency under their direct Manpower Supply Agreement.

Milestone-Based Ledger

Veltrix maintains an immutable system of record for all commercial milestones. Financial entries are triggered automatically when candidates reach specific pipeline stages (for example, Ready to Fly).

Liability, IP, and Strict Indemnification

Proprietary Rights

Veltrix retains exclusive rights to its specialized software, including the 70/30 Reputation Model, the Drip-Logic matching algorithm, and the managed workflow engine.

Immigration & Visa Liability

Veltrix assumes absolutely no liability for visa rejections, delays in deployment, immigration fraud, candidate absconding, or any violations of international labor and migration laws.

Document Authenticity

While the platform facilitates the transfer of documents, the uploading party is solely responsible for verifying the authenticity of all documents. Veltrix does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy or legality of any uploaded files.

Indemnification

Users agree to fully indemnify and hold Veltrix harmless against any claims, MEA sanctions, fines, or legal actions resulting from unlicensed recruitment activities, fraudulent submissions, breach of employment contracts, or violations of regional labor laws.
