About Veltrix Connect

What is Veltrix?

Veltrix is a managed marketplace that connects international employers and educational institutions with verified recruitment agencies and partner organisations. We facilitate skilled labour supply, migration services, and education placement services across global markets - all through a single coordinated platform.

How is Veltrix different from a traditional job board or recruitment agency?

Unlike a job board, Veltrix does not simply list vacancies. We operate as a managed marketplace - we directly contract with employers and institutions, verify their authenticity, negotiate commercial terms, and oversee execution end-to-end. Unlike a traditional recruitment agency, we do not compete with sourcing partners; we enable them by giving them access to verified jobs and a structured workflow through our platform.

Who is Veltrix designed for?

Veltrix serves three primary stakeholder groups:

  • International employers and hiring agencies looking for skilled talent across borders.
  • Recruitment and partner agencies sourcing candidates in their local markets.
  • Educational institutions seeking student placements through verified channels.
What services does Veltrix offer?

We currently focus on three core service lines:

  • Skilled Labour Supply for international employment.
  • Migration Services facilitation across multiple visa categories.
  • Education Placement Services for university and institutional admissions.

Platform workflow

Can you walk me through the platform workflow from job vacancy to successful placement?

Here is the standard operational flow on Veltrix. Specific stages may vary depending on country, programme, and regulatory framework.

  1. Profile Setup. Once onboarded, partner agencies complete their profile, listing the sectors and job categories they can fulfil along with their training and testing capabilities. This enables intelligent matching when mandates are received.
  2. Mandate Matching. When a job vacancy is received, our AI recommendation engine identifies the most suitable partner agencies based on their preference areas and capabilities.
  3. Candidate Submission. Partner agencies submit candidate profiles through the platform. Profiles are shared without personal contact details to protect both candidate privacy and the sourcing partner.
  4. AI Interview Screening (Optional). Employers may run an AI-powered screening interview to evaluate initial suitability.
  5. Employer Shortlisting. Based on profile review and screening outcomes, employers shortlist candidates.
  6. Employer Interview Round. Employers conduct further interviews directly with shortlisted candidates, coordinated between the employer and the partner agency, with Veltrix involved for coordination.
  7. Document Submission. Once shortlisted, employers may request additional documentation.
  8. Candidate Selection. Upon final selection, candidate contact details are shared and the formal process moves forward.
  9. Visa Process Initiation. The employer begins the visa process. Specifics vary based on destination country, job role, and immigration policy.
  10. Offer Letter and Documentation. Official offer letters and employment documentation are issued.
  11. Deployment. Once visas and documentation are complete, the candidate travels and joins the employer.
How is candidate privacy protected on the platform?

Candidate profiles shared with employers exclude personal contact details until the candidate is finally selected. This protects the candidate's privacy and preserves the sourcing partner's relationship with the candidate.

Partner agencies & candidates

How does Veltrix source job vacancies?

Vacancies are sourced through multiple channels managed by our internal Business Development team. Veltrix verifies the legal authenticity of every employer or hiring agency before they are onboarded onto the platform.

What does a partner agency do on Veltrix?

Partner agencies are the local sourcing and coordination engine of the platform. Core responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates for active job mandates.
  • Conducting initial screening and evaluation of candidates.
  • Coordinating between candidates, Veltrix, and employers.
  • Assisting with documentation preparation and verification, and ensuring compliance with the recruitment laws of the sourcing country.
  • Facilitating candidate readiness and pre-departure coordination.
Do candidates register directly on the Veltrix platform?

No. Candidate profiles are managed and uploaded by partner agencies, not by candidates directly. This ensures every candidate has a verified intermediary handling documentation, screening, and compliance.

Which parts of the recruitment process does the partner agency own?

Partner agencies are responsible for candidate sourcing, screening and interviews, documentation verification, and pre-departure coordination.

Which parts does Veltrix provide?

Veltrix provides employer contracts, job descriptions, salary details, and visa sponsorship confirmation - in short, the verified mandate and the commercial framework around it.

How is the partnership legally structured?

The collaboration is initially structured through an Agency Agreement between Veltrix and the partner agency. Specific mandates may also involve separate agreements between the employer and the recruitment agency.

Timelines, visas & migration

How long does a typical recruitment cycle take?

Timelines vary significantly based on country of employment, visa procedures, language requirements, and skill certifications. Typical cycles range from 2 to 15 months. For example, certain programmes such as Germany may require 9-12 months of language training before placement.

Does Veltrix offer direct migration pathways or work through partner agencies?

Veltrix facilitates and coordinates between employers, institutions, and partner agencies wherever needed to ensure a successful placement. We do not, however, take responsibility for or guarantee candidate selection, visa approvals, or any last-mile actions influencing deployment. Those outcomes rest with the employer, immigration authorities, and the candidate's own qualifications.

Which visa categories does Veltrix work with?

Veltrix may work with multiple visa categories, including:

  • Work visas.
  • Skilled migration programmes.
  • Seasonal work permits.
  • Study visas.
Does Veltrix work with universities and educational institutions?

Yes. Veltrix has an existing university partnership and is in active conversations with multiple educational institutions for placement services.

Platform features

What does a partner agency get access to on the platform?

Partner agencies receive their own login access and a candidate management system, enabling them to manage profiles, track applications, and collaborate with employers through a single interface.

Can partners track the status of their applications?

Yes. Partners can track the complete candidate lifecycle and application status through the platform - from initial submission through to deployment.

Communication & support

Does Veltrix facilitate direct communication between partners and overseas employers?

Yes. Facilitating direct communication between partner agencies and overseas employers is a core objective of Veltrix Global Connect. We act as the coordinating platform to ensure smooth alignment and communication during the recruitment process.

Will Veltrix issue letters of authorisation confirming a partner's role?

Veltrix does not have authority to issue authorisation on behalf of an employer. Veltrix is a discovery platform combined with governance, efficiency, and feedback systems. All authorisations are issued through a contract - facilitated by Veltrix - between the partner agency and the employer.

How often will Veltrix and partner agencies coordinate?

Coordination meetings are held as required - particularly when new mandates arise or there is mutual interest in exploring opportunities further. Ad-hoc meetings can also be arranged whenever either party wants to discuss specific operational matters or strategic decisions.

Is there a dedicated point of contact at Veltrix?

Yes. Each partner is assigned a dedicated contact person or partnership manager who serves as the primary point of contact for communication, coordination, and mandate-related discussions. For important or strategic matters, Veltrix senior leadership is also available to engage directly.

Does Veltrix provide training to partner teams?

Yes. Veltrix provides online training sessions for partner teams when required. Topics typically covered include:

  • Understanding job mandates.
  • Platform usage and candidate management.
  • Documentation requirements.
  • Recruitment workflows.
  • Coordination protocols between Veltrix, employers, and partners.

The objective of these sessions is to ensure smooth operational collaboration and alignment between both teams.
